Since I follow so many other travel bloggers and travel sites, my social media feeds (especially Instagram) are filled with beautiful photos of what it was like in Before Times, when we could freely go out and see the world.
Now that I'm closed up and stuck in Florida for a bit, I'm trying to decide if looking at these pretty photos is a good thing or a bad thing for me.
On one hand, it helps me think about where I want to go and what I want to do once this virus is under control again and things go back to some kind of new normal.
On the other hand, looking at them makes me anxious because I can't control when that time may come. Thinking I may still looking for a reliable source of toilet paper months from now is a very uneasy feeling.
